Meet VCard, Vakıf Katılım's credit card. Make your shopping easy and secure with VCard, which offers all the advantages of a credit card free of charge. You can make your shopping and payments with Vakıf Katılım credit card VCard, and you can easily perform all your credit card transactions from ATM, mobile branch and internet branch. With the VCard contactless card feature, you can quickly make your payments of 750 TL and below at all points with a contactless card reader, without entering a password.

Statement (cutoff) dates can be determined as 7th or 24th day of each month. If the statement date falls on weekend or public holidays, the previous business day is taken into consideration; if the last payment date falls on weekend or public holidays, the next business day is taken into consideration

Credit cards can be printed within minutes in our branches following the approval of credit card application. If you prefer the delivery of your card to your contact address, we can deliver within 10-15 days.

To receive the password of your credit card, you need to call our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 / 444 44 77.

You can make your credit card payments from our Branches and digital channels or calling our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 / 444 44 77.

If your credit card debt is overdue, the debt amounts is automatically withdrawn from your account.

If the payment due date of your credit card expires, a delay penalty is applied to overdue amounts according to the conditions determined by CBRT.

You can view your current term credit card transactions from Mobile and Internet Branches and can call our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 / 444 44 77 to get detailed information. You can also view your expenditures in details on card statement to be submitted to you on cutoff date.
