Your Mobile Branch transaction limits are defined to be the same as the standard Internet Branch limits when you use it for the first time. Specific to the Mobile Branch, you can reduce your transaction limit through our Customer Communication Center or our Branch.
Beware of fraudulent activities.
Pay attention to the e-mail addresses allegedly sent from Vakıf Katılım Bankası. Fraudsters may contact you via fake e-mail and request your identity information, password, pin, password and similar confidential information. Vakıf Katılım Bankası sends e-mails for informational purposes only and does not request any information from you via e-mail. Your passwords should be renewed at most every 6 months.
The password is locked after 4 repeated unsuccessful login attempts.

When you forget your password, you can only renew your password from Internet Branch, Mobile Branch and Telephone Banking with your debit or credit card. If you do not have your card, you must pick it up from our nearest branch.
Do not store your Mobile Branch information on your mobile phone, wallet, computer or anywhere in writing in a way that it can be easily accessed and captured by someone else.
To access the Internet Branch, first log in with the customer number and password. Then, the security image you set during the first activation is verified. On the next screen, if you have a Mobile Branch activation, a "mobile confirmation" will be sent to your activated mobile device. If you do not have a Mobile Branch activation, you will be asked to enter a one-time password sent to your mobile phone registered in the system.
Make sure that the application you have downloaded from the application markets is signed by Vakıf Katılım Bankası.
Protect your mobile phone against viruses and similar programs. Make sure that antivirus programs are installed and up to date.
We recommend that you use a phone unlock password or key lock so that your mobile phone cannot be used by anyone other than you.

For your security, the Mobile Branch application terminates your login if no active transactions are made within 600 seconds. Do not leave your phone where others can access it while the application is open.

If you are a Mobile Branch user, you can log in to Internet Branch and Telephone Banking with Mobile Approval and quickly approve your transactions. If you are not a Mobile Branch user, you can perform your transactions with the SMS Verification Code.
