With Vakıf Katılım Internet Branch, you can easily perform many transactions that you can do from our branches from anywhere with internet access. You can safely meet your banking needs with the user-friendly screen design of our Internet Branch and a rich and easily accessible transaction set.

Internet Branch Security

Log in to the Internet Branch by clicking the "Internet Branch" button at www.vakifkatilim.com.tr. Please do not use the web pages you have accessed through another redirection.

In important and urgent cases, your Bank may need to contact you. Therefore, make sure that your contact information is up to date.

Pay attention to the e-mail addresses allegedly sent from Vakıf Katılım Bankası. Fraudsters may contact you via fake e-mail and request your identity information, password, pin, password and similar confidential information. Vakıf Katılım Bankası sends e-mails for informational purposes only and does not request any information from you via e-mail. In such a case, immediately call our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202.

Do not use your personal information as a password. When determining your passwords, you should pay attention to the following rules:

  • Your password should consist of 6 digits and numbers only.
  • Your password should not start with 0.
  • Same 3 digits such as 111*** should not be used side by side in the password.
  • 5 consecutive numbers such as 12345* should not be used side by side in the password.
  • Consecutive numbers such as 123456, 3 identical double blocks such as 121212, and 2 identical triple blocks such as 123123 should not be used in the password.
  • The last 4 digits or the first 4 digits should not contain the year of birth.
  • It should not contain the first 6 digits or the last 6 digits of the customer number.
  • It should not contain the first 6 digits or the last 6 digits of the TR identity number.
  • New Password should not be the same as your last 3 passwords.

After the temporary password is provided, you will be asked to change your password when you first log into the channel.

Your passwords should be renewed at most every 6 months.

The password is locked after 4 repeated unsuccessful login attempts.

Do not use your personal information and easily guessable numbers such as date of birth in the password. Use complex passwords.

We have a virtual keyboard option for password entry in the Internet Branch. You can perform your transactions using the virtual keyboard.

When you forget your password, you can only renew your password from Internet Branch, Mobile Branch and Telephone Banking with your debit or credit card. If you do not have your card, you must pick it up from our nearest branch.

Do not store your Internet Branch information on your mobile phone, wallet, computer or anywhere in writing in a way that it can be easily accessed and captured by someone else.

Use the Internet Branch on computers with anti-virus programs and update these programs regularly.

Use original software on your computer. Duplicate software increases the chance of your computer being infected with viruses.

Having personal firewall software installed on your computer is an important element for your security.

Take care not to log in to the Internet Branch from an Internet cafe, or from foreign computers or computers that you do not trust. In case of the risk of having Key Logger programs installed on computers in places open to public use, such as internet cafes, apply the Virtual Keyboard application.

Increase your security by keeping your web browsers up to date.

Do not leave your computer, even for a short time, while the Internet Branch is open, and if you are going to leave, use the encrypted screen saver.

To access the Internet Branch, first log in with the customer number and password. Then, the security image you set during the first activation is verified. On the next screen, if you have a Mobile Branch activation, a "mobile confirmation" will be sent to your activated mobile device. If you do not have a Mobile Branch activation, you will be asked to enter a one-time password sent to your mobile phone registered in the system.

You can reduce your Internet Branch transaction limits through our Customer Communication Center or Branch.

By limiting IP, you can ensure that your customer number cannot be entered from any IP address in our Internet Branch, but only from the IP addresses you specify. You can contact our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 or your Branch to remove the restriction.

You can make an account restriction via the Internet Branch or our branches. In this way, you can only allow monitoring to the accounts in your Internet Branch and close them to any monetary transactions. You can contact our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 or your Branch to remove the restriction.

If you want to transfer money from your internet branch only to your current defined recipients, you can make a restriction by performing a defined recipient restriction in the settings section. You can contact our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 or your Branch to remove the restriction.

Make sure to use the "Secure Exit" button to exit the Internet Branch. The "Secure Exit" button will ensure that your login and the Internet Branch transaction window are closed securely.

When you log in to the Internet Branch, if an faulty login is made to your account during the day, the 'Unsuccessful Visits' screen appears. You can check whether a third party is using your accounts by checking the faulty visits here. You can see the date and time of your last visits by accessing the 'Successful Visits' screen under the 'Security' menu. By checking this information, you can check whether a third party uses your accounts after you.

In accordance with Article 13.3 of the Regulation on Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services of Banks, published by the BRSA on 15.03.2020 with the number 31069, banks are obliged to keep the records of their customers' activities. For this reason, the records of your transactions within the scope of Digital Banking are kept by Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş.

With the Regulation on Banks' Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services, which entered into force on 1 January 2021, on our digital channels;

Our individual customers will be able to obtain their first passwords through digital channels or from our branches, while our corporate customers will be able to obtain their first password only from our branches.

A single 6-digit password consisting of only numbers will be used for Internet Branch, Mobile Branch and Telephone Banking logins.

If you do not have a 6-digit SINGLE PASSWORD and a Vakıf Katılım card, only information retrieval and lost/stolen transactions will be able to be made through Telephone Banking.

When you forget your password, you will be able to renew your password only with your debit or credit card from Internet Branch, Mobile Branch and Telephone Banking. If you do not have your card, you must pick it up from our nearest branch.

If you are a Mobile Branch user, you can log in to Internet Branch and Telephone Banking with Mobile Approval and quickly approve your transactions. If you are not a Mobile Branch user, you can perform your transactions with the SMS Verification Code.

You can perform SIM Card Unblocking at Internet Branch, Telephone Banking or our nearest branch.

Mobile Confirmation

If you have a mobile branch activation, you can log in to the internet branch with Mobile Confirmation and confirm your transactions quickly. If you are not a mobile branch user, you can perform your transactions with the SMS verification code.

You can perform your invoice, tax, donation, OSYM, Istanbulkart loading and many other payment transactions from the internet branch. You can access the types of transactions you can make payments from in the Transactions step.

*Fund transactions can generally be performed 24 hours a day. However, transactions of some funds can only be performed between 09.00 - 12.30 or 09.00 - 13.30 on business days.

Our individual customers who want to receive a password for the first time can create their digital banking passwords with an active card belonging to our bank, via the Get Password/Forgot Password step on the Internet Branch and Mobile Branch login page or from our Customer Communication Center. Our corporate customers who will receive a password for the first time and our customers who do not have an active card of our bank can only request a password from the branch.

With an active card belonging to our bank, you can renew your digital banking password via the Get Password/Forgot Password step on the Internet Branch and Mobile Branch login page or from our Customer Communication Center. If you do not have an active card belonging to our bank, you can renew your password at our branches.

You can increase your transaction limits at our branches.

If you have a mobile branch activation, you can perform your transactions without the need for SMS verification, after entering your customer number/TRIN and password information during your login to the internet branch, or by giving approval from the Mobile Confirmation menu in the mobile branch to approve money transfer transactions.
