You can carry out many banking transactions such as cash withdrawal, cash deposit, bill payment etc. through our ATMs without waiting in the line. You can view from the list below the transactions which may be carried out through Vakıf Katılım ATMs.

You can carry out all banking transactions free of charge at Vakıf Katılım ATMs and other ATMs with TAM logo as well.

You can also carry out many banking transactions free of charge through the public bank and PTT ATMs.

The transactions which you can carry out free of charge through over 20 thousand Emlak Katılım, HalkBank, VakıfBank, Ziraat Bankası, Ziraat Katılım and PTT ATMs are as follows:

  • Please be careful for your security when using ATMs!
  • In case of doubt, when your card is stuck in an ATM or you cannot get your money, please call our Vakıf Katılım Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 immediately and inform us.
  • Do not get help from anyone while making a transaction.
  • Do not leave the ATMs while making transactions.
  • Do not forget to take your card from the ATM after your transaction is completed.
  • When determining your password, do not use numbers that can be easily guessed by others, such as your phone number, card number, date of birth, or consecutive numbers.
  • Do not allow others to see your password while you are entering it.
  • Never share your card password with others, including Vakıf Katılım employees.
  • Do not store your password on your mobile phone, wallet, on your card or in writing anywhere.
  • Do not forget that the responsibility of your card password belongs only to you.
  • In case the card is stolen or lost, please call our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 or apply to our Branch to have your card canceled immediately. Do not use the phones of people you do not know for the notifications you will make over the phone. To make calls from public phones, dial the number yourself.
