About RIA

Receiving Incoming Transfer via RIA

If your money transfers coming from abroad via RIA are selected as “Transfer to Account” by the remitter, the money transfer transaction via IBAN is carried out in TL, EUR or USD. In these kinds of transfers, the transfer amount is directly transferred to your account in a short time without the need for going to the branch.

When sending money abroad, you can carry out transactions by preferring transfers to Account or Wallet as well as to the Name.

You must follow the steps below for the receipt of incoming money transfers to Name.

  • Submit your 11-digit PIN number and valid identity document sent to you by the sender to Vakıf Katılım.
  • Fill in and sign the required fields in the Money Payment Instruction Form to be given to you by the Vakıf Katılım officer and the Information Form on the Processing of Personal Data for Real Persons.
  • You can receive money sent to your name.
  • Our Institution does not charge any fees or commissions for incoming money transactions.

Money Transfers with RIA

  • Fill in and sign the RIA Transfer Form and the Information Form on the Processing of Personal Data for Real Persons.
  • Give your valid identity document, the completed form, the amount you want to send and the commission fee to Vakıf Katılım officer.
  • Inform the recipient of the 11-digit PIN number given to you.
  • The money sent reaches the recipient quickly within minutes*.

Individuals under the age of 18 cannot perform transactions, individual customers over the age of 18 can send and receive money.
