You can make your Istanbulkart loadings free of charge via CRC, Internet Branch and Mobile Branch channels with ease of payment from your account and credit card, and you can give automatic loading orders.

Istanbulkart is a city card which offers payment opportunities at each point included in electronic money system such as rail system, marine transportation and municipality bus operators, toilet facilities affiliated to SAĞLIK AŞ, İspark, Beltur, BNB Family Bicycles, iTaxi, city beaches, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Social Facilities located within the boundaries of Istanbul.

Thanks to cooperation between BELBİM A.Ş., an affiliate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş., Vakıf Katılım customers can make Istanbulkart loadings free of charge from their current account and credit card using Customer Communication Center, Internet Branch and Mobile Branch channels.

Istanbulkart Balance Inquiry You

You can inquire Istanbulkart balance from Vakıf Katılım’s Customer Communication Center, Internet Branch and Mobile Branch channels and view available balance using NFC-supported (Near Field Communication) android phones and Apple devices above IPhone 7 and IOS 13 operating system from Mobile Branch.

Istanbulkart Loading Transaction

Following the Istanbulkart loading transactions performed at Customer Communication Center, Internet Branch and Mobile Branch channels, you can scan your Istanbulkart on any loading point of BELBİM A.Ş. to complete the loading transactions. In Istanbulkart loading transactions to be performed at Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch channel, NFC-supported smart phones turn into Istanbulkart loading points. You can scan your Istanbulkart on back side of the NFC-supported android phone and Apple devices above IPhone 7 and IOS 13 operating system and complete your loading transaction in a few seconds.

If your smart phone is not NFC-supported, then you can give loading transactions using the application and then scan your Istanbulkart on the nearest automatic loading machines (BiletMatik) or Istanbulkart loading points which are available at smart bus stops.

Istanbulkart Loading Instructions

Our customers can give automatic loading instructions at any amount (when the available balance falls below the specified amount, the loading transaction is performed) and cancel such instructions using Vakıf Katılım’s Customer Communication Center, Internet Branch and Mobile Branch channels.

Total maximum loading limit within a month is 500 TL for Anonymous Istanbulkart and 1.250 TL for Personal Istanbulkart.

Total maximum loading limit at one time is 300 TL for Anonymous Istanbulkart and 1.250 TL for Personal Istanbulkart.

Load any amount you want from Istanbulkart Transactions under Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch payments tab. If you have an NFC-enabled smartphone, bring your card closer to the back of it and have your card read, otherwise, complete the loading transaction by having your Istanbulkart scanned at the loading points located at the automatic loading machine or smart stops.

You can place regular loading orders from Istanbulkart Transactions under the Internet Branch/Mobile Branch payments tab.
