Within the scope of Responsible Precious Metals Supply Chain, we are waiting for suspicious cases, early warning information or your questions about physical precious metal transactions carried out through the agency of our Institution.

According to the Istanbul Stock Exchange Compliance Directive on Responsible Precious Metals Supply Chain, the precious metal intermediary firms operating in Istanbul Stock Exchange Precious Metals Market and the refineries established in Turkey and included in List of Refineries are expected to comply with the regulations of the Stock Exchange and international standards in supply of the precious metals.

With these regulations, it is intended to ensure our country to comply with the international rules and standards in precious metal trading.

According to the Istanbul Stock Exchange Compliance Directive on Responsible Supply Chain;

Responsible Precious Metals Supply Chain means continuous, proactive and reactive processes and the entire relevant systems which enable the responsible parties to determine, prevent, reduce and account for the actual or potential adverse effects arising from any and all activities, institutions, actors, technologies, information, sources and services included in the transportation process of the precious metals from source to consumers within the scope of precious metal activities and supply systems.

On the other hand, the set of measures which have been determined within the scope of Article 8 of Directive on the Internal Control System and Compliance Principles of Precious Metals Intermediary Institutions and Refineries and Directive on the Responsible Supply Chain Assurance Engagement of Istanbul Stock Exchange and created to enable the performance and maintenance of precious metal supply operations in compliance with human rights and to avoid any contribution to regional conflicts, financing of terrorism and laundering of proceeds of crime is called as Supply Chain Compliance Program.
