  • You must reside in Turkey.

What is the content?

Steps to become a customer via video call;

  • Download Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application from Application Store and click “Become Our Customer” button and then click “For My Business” button.
  • Select your company type (Joint Stock Company/Limited Company)
  • Enter your TR ID No, Date of Birth, Mobile Phone Number and Tax Identification Number.
  • Complete identity authentication procedures and proceed to contract and document steps.
  • Then, start video call and complete your application.

After you successfully complete the video call with a NFC-enabled device, your documents will be checked and your temporary digital banking password will be sent as SMS to your mobile phone. Then you can access to your account using Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application.

If you have successfully completed the video call with a device without NFC feature, you need to send money to the IBAN number which is sent to your mobile phone as SMS from an account opened in the name of your company at another bank in order to activate your account. Your temporary digital banking password will be sent as SMS to your mobile phone and then you can access to your account using Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application.

If you perform transactions using a NFC-enabled smart phone, you can check whether NFC feature is enabled or not from “Settings” menu. You can become Vakıf Katılım’s customer by using a smart phone without NFC feature as well.

You will be notified of the application result as soon as possible. If you demanded to use Digital Banking feature, your password will be sent as SMS. You can login within 36 hours and start to use our digital channels.

You can receive service from the branch that you select during the process of becoming customer or from any Vakıf Katılım branch.
