What is its Content?

Health providers such as pharmacies, optical and medical product stores, hospitals, laboratories, dialysis centers, polyclinics or health centers can obtain their SSI receivables through Vakıf Katılım Branches.
All you need to do to receive health payments to your Vakıf Katılım account is to visit our branch, fill out the SSI Health Payment Application Form and submit the form to the affiliated SSI Provincial Directorate. Afterwards, your receivables will start to be transferred to your current account in our bank on the payment days in the SSI calendar.

Yes, you must have a current account at our bank and add the 26-digit IBAN information to the application form and submit it to the relevant SSI Provincial Directorate.

The application process is carried out only physically and must be hand-delivered by the company representative or agent by adding the 8-character SHS facility code to the application form.
