Our customers, who wish to benefit from 5 Interest-Free Instalments Campaign in education and health expenditures, need to;

  • Type EGITIM and send SMS to 3881 for education expenditures and type SAGLIK and send SMS to 3881 for health expenditures.
  • Transactions made before sending SMS will not be split into instalments.
  • After you receive an SMS with respect to participation in the campaign, your cash expenditures between TRY 1.000 and TRY 100.000 will be split into 5 interest-free instalments.

To open an account via video call;

  • You need to have a new TR Identity Card,
  • You need to have turned age 18,
  • You need to have a NFC-enabled smart phone and
  • You must reside in Turkey.

Steps to become a customer via video call:

  • Download Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application from Application Store and click “Become Our Customer” button.
  • Enter your TR ID and mobile phone number.
  • Enter the verification code which is sent to your mobile phone.
  • Read and confirm the contracts.
  • Fill in your personal information.
  • Proceed to next step when “I want to apply for a credit card” button is active on account opening details screen.
  • Fill in relevant fields on credit card application screen.
  • If you have a NFC-enabled smart phone, follow the instructions and place your new identity card on upper part of your device for the purpose of scanning.
  • In the next step, center your face in the middle of the screen for face recognition. • Then, start video call with our customer representative.
  • After you successfully complete the video call with a NFC-enabled device, your temporary digital banking password will be sent as SMS to your mobile phone and then you can access to your account using Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application.
  • If you have successfully completed the video call with a device without NFC feature, you need to send money to the IBAN number which is sent to your mobile phone as SMS from an account opened in your name at another bank in order to activate your account. Your temporary digital banking password will be sent as SMS to your mobile phone and then you can access to your account using Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application.

Anyone who has completed the age of 18 and received new TR identity card can become Vakıf Katılım’s customer.

You cannot open an account via video call by using your passport or driving license. To open account, you need to have your new TR identity card with you.

You can open your account 7/24 via video call.

You can click “Become Customer” button again to proceed with the remote account opening process.

You need to be in a well-illuminated environment where your face and identity card can be clearly seen.

If you perform transactions using a NFC-enabled smart phone, you can check whether NFC feature is enabled or not from “Settings” menu. You can become Vakıf Katılım’s customer by using a smart phone without NFC feature as well.

If you have successfully completed the process with a NFC-enabled device, you can login to Vakıf Katılım’s Mobile Branch application within 36 hours by using the temporary password that we will send to you as SMS. If you have successfully completed the video call with a device without NFC feature, you need to send money to the IBAN number which is sent to your mobile phone as SMS from an account opened in your name at another bank in order to activate your account. Your temporary digital banking password will be sent as SMS to your mobile phone and then you can access to your account using Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch application.

If you have completed the process of becoming customer and your card application has been confirmed, your credit card will be sent to your address without the need for any further transaction.

Your bank card will be printed and delivered to the courier within 3 days following the confirmation of your application.
