BIDDING RULES FOR BANK ANNOUNCEMENTS
Within the scope of the relevant articles of Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law regulating the sales of real estates and relevant legal legislation; below you can find the search criteria for the information about real estates which have been “acquired to the account of our Bank’s receivables” through public auctions held by Enforcement Offices from the real estate sale files in which our Bank acts in the capacity of Creditor. The details included in the said announcements are only for information purposes about the real estates; our Bank does not give any guarantee nor make any commitment with respect to the real estates submitted in announcement details. In the applications to our Bank with the purpose of purchasing the real estates, the applicants shall be deemed to have inspected, approved and accepted the current status of the real estates (lessor, occupier, damage, share details, zoning status, occupancy permit, location, surface area, title deed information etc.). In this respect, the applicant is entitled to make necessary investigations and inspections with respect to issues not mentioned in the announcement details for various reasons; the applicant shall not be entitled to make any request from nor raise objection against our Bank for any reason whatsoever due to any deficiencies, missing, defect, difference etc. In the event of failure in title deed transfer for any reason other than our Bank’s fault, fees for our Bank’s power of attorney shall be deducted from the security deposit amount paid by the applicant and the remaining security deposit amount shall be returned to the applicant.
The announcement date is taken as basis for the details of the announcements; our Bank shall have the discretionary power to sell or not to sell the real estates or to determine the firm sales price; our Bank is free to sell the real estates at any price to anybody and to update the sales prices according to the current economic conditions. The bidders who submitted a bid but withdrew from the tender without showing a valid reason shall be disqualified for the next tenders.

(our Bank) acting in the capacity of Data Controller within the scope of Article 10 of Law No: 6698 on Protection of Personal Data and “Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform”. Our purpose is to inform you about the purpose of use of your personal data to be processed when you submit a bid for the announcements published on the corporate website of our Bank.
PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
When you make an application to submit a bid for the real estates published on our corporate website or when you ask a question to get information, your identity details, contact details and other personal data that you will specify on the relevant explanation screen will be processed by us for the purposes mentioned below.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are transferred to the authorized state institutions and organizations and authorized auditing firms when requested.
METHOD OF AND LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Your personal data are collected through “Real Estate Proposal Form” that you must fill in to submit a bid for the announcements published on our corporate website and/or through “Information Request Form” that you must fill in when you ask any question about the real estates included in the announcements or about the process and such personal data are processed in accordance with the conditions of processing set forth in Article 5 of the Law.
YOUR RIGHTS ON PROTECTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA
Within the scope of Article 11 of Law No: 6698 on Protection of Personal Data governing the rights of the relevant persons, Everyone, in connection with herself/himself, has the right;
You may send your requests in respect thereof through application form available on our website, through methods included in the application form or through calling our Customer Communication Center at 0850 202 1 202 and 444 44 77. As per Article 13 of the Law, our Bank shall conclude your requests included in the applications made as specified above free of charge within the shortest time but within latest thirty days according to the nature of the request. If such transaction requires any additional cost, the Bank may request a fee in accordance with the conditions determined by Personal Data Protection Board and by taking account of the Updated Tariff specified by the Board.
