In this context, the aim is to minimize the financial, legal, and reputational negative effects of disruptions, with the safety of employees and customers being the priority in extraordinary circumstances.

The critical products and services offered by the Bank at all its branches, regional offices throughout Türkiye, and its headquarters in Ümraniye, Istanbul, are included in the scope of the Business Continuity Management System. The Business Continuity Management System is regularly monitored and continuously improved.
The primary objective of the Business Continuity Management System is to ensure that the Bank can continue to provide its services even in extraordinary circumstances, restoring its operations to a level acceptable to customers as quickly as possible. In this context, compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Business Continuity is ensured.
