You can access the e-procurement system from the web address and Android/IOS operating system based tablets and mobile phones by installing the e-procurement application on your device. It is also possible to access the e-Procurement application via e-State.

The auction guarantee amount is 10% of the sale price.

Over 18 years of age, natural persons who are citizens of the Republic of Turkiye and legal entities with a tax registration number can participate.

Ministry of Trade personnel and their first degree relatives and persons or organizations prohibited from participating in the auction in accordance with the legislation cannot participate in the auctions.
