What is the Content of the Rental Guarantee System?

Lease Guarantee System; It is the provision of payment convenience to the tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations throughout the year.

It is the guarantee of the rent payments to be paid by the tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations under the guarantee of our bank; to the Directorate General of Foundations.

Our bank will act as guarantor and provide surety for the rent payments of the Directorate General of Foundations' tenants.

If the rent amount is in the account of the tenants to whom a limit has been defined by our bank on the rent payment date, it will be paid from the account.

The rents of our customers who do not have the rent amount in their accounts on the due date will be paid automatically by financing by our bank within the scope of guarantorship.

Our customers should not have any overdue rent arrears before applying.

Auto-allocation will be made up to 300,000 TL for individual customers, and the standard limit allocation process will apply for our commercial customers. There is no upper limit for our commercial customers.

Tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations can come to Vakıf Katılım branches and join the Lease Guarantee System.
