What is the Content of the Guaranteed Rent Collection System?

Guaranteed Rent Collection; It is to provide ease of payment to the tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations throughout the year.
Under the guarantee of our Bank, the rent payments to be paid by the tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations are guaranteed to the Directorate General of Foundations.
Our bank will be the guarantor of the rent payments of the tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations and will be the guarantor of the tenants.
On the rent payment date of the tenants whose limit is defined by our bank, the rent amount will be paid from the account, if any.
The rents of our customers who do not have the rent amount in their account on the rent payment date will be paid automatically with financing within the scope of guarantorship by our bank.
Our customers must not have any overdue rent debt before the application.
Auto-allocation will be made up to 300.000TRY for individual customers and the standard limit allocation process will work for our commercial customers. There is no upper limit for commercial customers.
Tenants of the Directorate General of Foundations can participate in the Lease Guarantee System by coming to Vakıf Katılım branches.
