What is Troy Credit Card?

The TROY Credit Card is a fee-free credit card that works with TROY, Turkey's local and national payment infrastructure. You can use VKart TROY for both online and physical purchases. You can also make payments via QR code through Vakıf Katılım Mobile.

VKART TROY Application

You can apply for VKart Troy through our website, mobile branch, or your nearest Vakıf Katılım branch.

For applications made on our website, you can use our “Apply” screen. After your application, our customer representatives will contact you via your mobile phone. For applications made through the mobile app, you can manage your application process by following the steps ‘Transactions’ menu > “Applications > Credit Card”.

Using VKart TROY

You can use your card for physical and online purchases within the country. For online purchases, you can make secure payments by entering your card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back of your card using the 3D Secure security system.

The account cut-off dates can be set in two periods, on the 7th or 24th of each month.

In order to make online purchases with your credit card, it is sufficient to open your card for e-commerce transactions from our Customer Contact Center, mobile branch or internet branch and specify the transaction limit.

Due to the use of TROY infrastructure, you can only use it for domestic transactions.
