What is VKart Mastercard?

VKart Mastercard is a credit card with no annual fee and no expenses. You can use it easily for both online and physical purchases at home and abroad. You can also make payments using a QR code without carrying your card with you by using Vakıf Katılım Mobile.

VKart Mastercard Application

You can apply for a card on our website, through our mobile branch, or at your nearest Vakıf Katılım branch. For applications made on our website, you can use our “Apply” screen. After your application, our customer representatives will contact you via your mobile phone. For applications made through the mobile app, you can manage your application process by following the steps “Applications > Credit Card” from the “Transactions” menu.

Using Your VKart Mastercard

You can use your card for physical and online purchases both domestically and internationally. For online purchases, you can make secure payments by entering your card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back of your card using the 3D Secure security system.

Your card will be delivered to your address within an average of 10 days.

No extra fees such as annual card fees or renewal fees are charged for our credit cards.

You can easily use your card for purchases abroad.

Billing dates can be set in two periods, either the 7th or the 24th of each month. If the billing date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the previous business day is considered; if the last payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day is considered. You can check your billing date via our mobile app and change it if you wish.

You can activate your credit card for online shopping through our mobile app and customer service center. You can use your card within your specified transaction limit.

You can easily track the delivery status of your credit card via our mobile app. You can also get information from our branches or our Customer Contact Center at 0850 202 1 202 / 444 44 77.

You can obtain your credit card PIN from Vakıf Katılım Mobile Branch, Internet Branch, or our Customer Contact Center at 0850 202 1 202 / 444 44 77.

You can make your credit card payments through our mobile application and branches.

If you have a balance in your demand deposit account, your credit card debt will be automatically debited from your account on the due date.

The minimum payment amount for your credit card is the total amount of debt shown on your statement. Therefore, the entire statement amount must be paid by the due date each month.

If your credit card's due date passes, a late fee will be applied to the overdue amount in accordance with the conditions set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).

Cash advance transactions cannot be made with Vakıf Katılım Credit Cards.
