Number of Automatic Bill Payment Instructions

A minimum of 2 automatic bill payment instructions must be provided to participate in the campaign, and a maximum of 5 automatic bill instructions will qualify for a free coffee. The code will be sent within 2 weeks after the bill with the automatic payment instruction is paid.
