Vakıf Katılım Receives Two “Best Business Awards”

Vakıf Katılım was honored in two categories at the Best Business Awards 2025 for its human resources strategy and innovative practices.

Vakıf Katılım received the “Best Business Transformation” and “Best Place to Work” awards at the Best Business Awards. The Bank's Performance Culture Transformation project won the “Best Business Transformation” award, while its employee-focused policies under the employer brand BIZ were recognized with the “Best Place to Work” award.

Vakıf Katılım prioritizes continuous development through its employee-oriented HR projects and practices, and supports this approach with its BIZ and Performance Culture Transformation initiatives. The projects launched under the employer brand BIZ aim to create a human-centric and holistic corporate culture with an emphasis on the employee experience, while the Performance Culture Transformation Project seeks to instill a feedback culture, support communication between senior management and employees, and improve the performance system.
