Having underlined that the employee satisfaction has always been the highest priority issue for them, Ersin Çatalbaş, Human Resources Business Family Director of Vakıf Katılım, expressed his appreciation that their in-house communication efforts were once again crowned with an award in an international organization:
"As Vakıf Katılım, it is of prime importance for us to provide our employees with a happy work environment that will contribute to their career development as well as our success in banking activities. Because we know that happy employees are the most valuable element that brings success and peace to the organization. Apart from being one of the leading institutions in the sector, it is also very important for us to become the most desired organization to work for. In this context, one of the HR projects we have implemented for our employees in line with the support and guidance of our senior management is 'Employer Brand BİZ', which contributed to us being worthy of this award. We have redesigned our in-house communication processes such as workshops, special day communication activities, appreciation programs, club activities, mini health station and “Bizim Meclis”, our project where employees can directly convey their demands to senior management, with the feedbacks that we received from our employees. As a result, we have received very positive feedbacks. Our efforts for employee satisfaction will continue to be a priority in the upcoming periods."
