Our Sustainability Governance Model

In order to coordinate our sustainability practices effectively, we have established a “Sustainability Committee”, which is a senior decision-making and responsible authority, under the chairmanship of our General Manager. The members of the Sustainability Committee consist of the Bank's Deputy General Managers and Directors, the Head of the Inspection Board, the Head of Internal Control, the Head of Risk Management, Legal Counsel and the Strategy Manager.

Sustainability activities are monitored and coordinated by the Strategy Department/Sustainability Service. The Sustainability Service carries out activities in line with the action priorities determined by the Sustainability Committee and ensures that economic, social and environmental impacts are integrated into the activities of the Corporation in coordination with stakeholder units.
