Muhlis YAZGAN

Muhlis Yazgan was born in 1980 in Ankara. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Communication. He completed his master’s degree in Business Management in 2011.

Having started his banking career in 2004 at Private Marketing Department, he served as Manager at Branch Portfolio Management, SME Banking, Commercial Banking Departments and Regional Directorates until 2015.

As of December 2015, he joined Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş as a Unit Manager at Retail Banking Department and continued his position until November 2019. Then he served as Unit Manager at Credit Monitoring and Collections and Unit Manager at Credit Monitoring Departments respectively.

Mr. Yazgan, served as Director responsible for Retail Banking and Product Management at Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş. in 2022-2023, Director responsible for the Operations Business Family from the beginning of 2024, and was appointed as Assistant General Manager of Operations on December 18, 2024.

Mr. Yazgan is married and father of one daughter.
