İlhan ALBAYRAK

İlhan Albayrak was born in 1954 in Istanbul. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul and graduated from Ankara Economic and Commercial Sciences Academy in 1979. He was appointed as Project Assessment and Financial Analysis Assistant Expert at Türkiye Halk Bankası within the same year. He then served as an Expert and Chief Expert. In 1986, he joined Faisal Finans Kurumu as Project Assessment and Marketing Manager and served as General Manager and Board Member at Anadolu Finans in 1999. He was among the founders of Justice and Development Party which was founded in 2001. He served in the Parliament as the 22nd Term Istanbul Member of Parliament between 2002 and 2007. He served as State Economic Enterprises commission member. He has been serving as Chairman of the Board at a food company in which he is a partner since 2010.
